Composition

1 litre contains:

• Sodium chloride 0.9%
• Hydrochloric acid (pH adjustment)
• Sodium hydroxide (pH adjustment)
• Water for injection (Ph. Eur.)

Equivalent to

• Na+ 154 mmol/l
• Cl- 154 mmol/l
• pH value 5.0-7.0
• Titration acidity <1 mmol NaOH/l
• Theor. osmolarity 308 mosm/l
