LineGene MINI S - Fast & Reliable Real-Time PCR
Based on the principle of fluorescent polymerase chain reaction, the LineGene MINI S real-time PCR analyser from BIOER is designed for the qualitative and quantitative detection of analytes in human nucleic acid samples. Thanks to 4 detection channels, advanced scanning technology with excellent SNR and an automatic gain function, the innovative device ensures reliable results while achieving the same level of performance as full-scale PCR testing devices.

The LineGene MINI S analyser has a compact and lightweight design and is particularly robust. It is equipped with a large touch screen and offers simple operation thanks to the intuitive menu navigation. It has a capacity for up to 16 0.2 ml PCR tubes. The hot lid ensures that samples are kept at a constant temperature during testing, regardless of their position in the device. To ensure that the test run is carried out correctly and without contamination of the patient samples, a positive and a negative control are also applied during sample preparation. This means that up to 14 patient samples can be analysed simultaneously.

If required, the test run in progress can be visualised and followed on the touch screen. After completion of the test run, the analyser automatically generates a comprehensive report that can be forwarded or printed out if required. Via an RS232 interface, current firmware updates can be uploaded quickly and easily via an external computer. This ensures that the test system is always up to date.
