The tubing is Pro- or Alterne-coated, and the couplings and fittings are galvanized to protect against rust and corrosion. The uniform crimping process ensures a long-lasting connection, and the ferrule ends are flared to prevent hose pinching or cutting under tight bending conditions. Tapered crimp design reduces stress and reduces tube fatigue. Mounting brackets are included in appropriate locations to ensure perfect alignment and stable installation. If the OE uses non-reusable functionality, Edelmann will replicate that functionality in retrofit products.
