It uses a non-contact internal detector to alert the operator of the presence of AC voltage through a visual LED and audible buzzer indicator. The HT3010 has a CAT III 600V rating and is compliance with the IEC/EN61010-1 standard. The meter measures frequency, resistance, and performs continuity tests and diode tests.
