This is an Oscar de la Renta beauty ! Vintage from the Late 1980s/early 1990s. This piece doubles as a top or a blazer. Lined with silk and a velvet exterior that closes with black beaded buttons along the front. The Waist is slightly nipped to create more hourglass shape, and has shoulder pads for a structured look. This piece can also be dressed up or down , we can see it being worn with jeans or a skirt, maybe even a dress for a party.
