Mounting hardware and gaskets are not confirmed as included. Have new gaskets and hose clamps on hand before you start. Most shops use standard stainless steel hardware to secure the connection points.

Can I run this with a check engine light already on?

A catback system doesn't interact with emissions sensors upstream of the catalytic converter. If your light is already on, diagnose that separately—this exhaust won't fix or trigger it.
