Lovely party dress in navy blue chiffon features loads of ruffles and feminine touches. It has an elastic waist, tie belt, and is fully lined. You can refer to the photos for additional description. We believe the dress from the 1970s, but we can't really determine its exact vintage. No designer, size or fabric label is present. The shell is most likely a polyester chiffon, and the lining is a stretchy jersey knit. Based on the measurements, we are estimating it to be about a size 8. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.

MEASUREMENTS
- Chest measurement of lining is 36" fully relaxed.
- Elastic waist is about 28" and easily stretches.
- Hips are 42" on A-line shaped lining.
- Length is about 43" from shoulder to hem.
