MATERIAL: Cotton.
CONDITION: Good to very good. There are five spots where it has been splashed with white paint. It could possibly be dyed to hide this. There is some fabric leeway for alteration, but please note that there is slight fading along the pleat folds. This item is sold AS IS, and the price reflects the condition.
MEASUREMENTS: Please keep in mind that these are measurements taken when the garment is laid flat, please double, and allow for some ease.
