Award winning, local photographer, Chris Heisey captures the spirit of Gettysburg with his photo, Pickett's Charge (Cemetery/Codori Barn).

Heisey’s evocative imagery has been featured in more than 150 publications worldwide including National Geographic Traveler, America’s Civil War, The History Channel and Wildbird. For the past 25 years Chris has traveled the United States capturing more than 375 hallowed American battlefields with his outstanding photographs.

Heisey’s work is on display at the Visitor Center at the Gettysburg National Military Park, and he has also won awards in 15 international photography contests.
