Condition - There are some minor imperfections in the nylon. There are belt loops but no belt.  A matching ribbon could be a nice replacement if so desired. The elastic is mostly stretched out on the leg openings of the bloomers leaving them to look more like tap shorts but the waist elastic is still in great condition.
