Vintage early 80s union made cocktail, party, prom, little black dress. Black velvet top that’s strapless and had a sweetheart neckline. Smocked back with hidden zipper closure. Dropped waist creates a flattering fit and has a velvet bow detail. Playful pleated bubble skirt is a metallic gold with a black floral pattern.
