Group Booking Fee for Parties of 4 or More
Planning a fun shopping day with your squad? At One Honey, we’re thrilled to host group appointments for parties of 4 or more! To provide you with the best possible experience, a Group Booking Fee is required when scheduling your appointment. This fee allows us to dedicate our experienced staff exclusively to your group, offering personalized service and ensuring your visit is as glamorous as possible!

Important Information:

• All group bookings must be made with a minimum of 2 week's notice.
• We regret that group bookings are not available during school holidays or peak periods due to high demand as all staff are fully allocated to existing appointments during these times.
• Once the Group Booking Fee is paid, it will be pre authorised at checkout but not charged, and our team will review your requested date.
• Your appointment will be confirmed only after staffing availability is approved. All group bookings are subject to internal schedule checks and remain pending until approved.
• Group appointments are available Tuesday to Friday only — no weekend bookings are possible.
• Bookings must start no later than 4:00 - 5:00pm, as our showroom closes at 6:00pm sharp.
• While we’ll do our best to accommodate your group, we cannot guarantee side-by-side fitting rooms for all members.
• One Honey does not hold a licence to serve food or alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring or consume food or beverages during appointments.
• This fee provides enhanced service for your group, but it does not guarantee exclusive use of the showroom. Other customers may be present during your appointment.

School Formal Guests Under 18: If any attendees are under 18 and shopping for a school formal, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for approving and purchasing the gown. Solo appointments for underage customers are not permitted unless they are financially independent.

Accessibility & Sensory Needs: If anyone in your group has specific requirements due to sensory sensitivities, disability, or health-related needs, please let us know in advance. We're happy to adjust elements like music volume, lighting, or offer a quieter space wherever possible to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for all

Fee Details

• The Group Booking Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The full amount is redeemable toward any purchase made during your appointment. (One redemption per group.)
• If no purchase is made during the appointment, the Group Booking Fee remains non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future date or booking.
