This is a very large, heavy charm bracelet made out of a silvertone metal. It was probably sold on the Las Vegas strip as a novelty bracelet in the late sixties. The hotels on it were the big five at the time. The International, where Elvis had his show, changed its name to Westgate in 2014. The Dunes is no longer there and the Bellagio is on that property. The Sahara, the Tropicana and Cesar's Palace are all still there. The Las Vegas charm has lost its S in Vegas, probably lost in a gambling debt. Each charm is about 1 inch. The closure is a fold over box clasp original to the bracelet and still works well. It is 7 inches fitting a small to average size woman's wrist
