Our Starlet Swing Dress now comes in velvet! The Starlet dress is a stunning old Hollywood swing that you can wear on or off the shoulders with ease. Perfect for your next holiday party or red carpet event! The Starlet has a built-in understructure made from high quality ponte that is fused and tailored to accentuate your curves. The exterior is made from a lush stretch velvet that feels smooth and soft. The sleeves are a longer 3/4 cut so they don't dig into your elbow ditch while still giving you maximum arm coverage. The dress has gathered bust cups and a gathered waist that features everyone's favorite Vixen pockets. It's finished with a removable 1-inch self belt and a back zippered closure. This style is extremely figure flattering while providing you with the utmost comfort.
