Frank Lloyd Wright Saguaro Forms The work of Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959) is known worldwide as pivotal to the development of modern architecture. Through an understanding of our relationship with the natural world, Wright’s designs were inspired by organic forms. In 1927, Wright submitted a series of cover designs to Liberty magazine. All were rejected as too “radical” and never published. Saguaro Forms and Cactus Flowers, was his interpretation of a desert landscape.
