This 1950s vintage dress is flawed but wearable, and just gorgeous, white on white and fit for a snow princess! The wide waist section sets off the curving kimono-style sleeves, which are deeper under the arms and narrow as they get to three-quarter length. The neckline is rounded in front and plunges into a deep vee in back, ending at the wide waistband set off by a narrow soft self-fabric bow. The full skirt completes the princess fantasy picture. The dress is shown in a few photos with one of my crinolines under the skirt - it is not included with purchase.

CLOSURES: The dress closes with a long metal zipper in back, anchored at the top with a hook & eye.
CONDITION: When holding the skirt up to sunlight, I see three pinholes - see closeup of one. There is also a fairly subtle stain on the left side of the upper skirt front - see other closeup. It looks like there was a spill of something that left a light tannish discoloration about 1 x 3". A previous owner tried to do a spot treatment, and in the process, left an offwhite water ring. I don't know if dry cleaning would take care of it - maybe. Now that I know it is there, I see it quickly and easily, but it was quite awhile before I noticed it for the first time.
