Vintage lavender organza girl's dress labeled "Cinderella Inspired by Shirley Temple". I think these were made in the 40's and 50's. No fabric content tag, but It seems like a synthetic organza in a light grayed lavender. The bodice and sleeves are constructed of two layers of this fabric, but still sheer, so the wearer will need a slip. The Peter Pan collar, sleeves, bodice (front and back) and skirt are trimmed with white lace. Skirt is gathered on at the waistline and quite full. It's lined with tulle for lots of volume! Waistline is elastic with some give. Dress buttons up the back and has a ribbon belt with buttons. There are a few issues with this dress: many small holes or pulls shown in the 2nd to last photo alongside the pennies (for scale). Unfortunately, there is a tiny hole in front, next to the 2nd button. There are a few light marks too, also pictured. Also the buttonholes on the belt are fraying, still functional, but you might want to replace it.
