All of our ties are 100% cotton, and of high thread counts. As a result, the ties are soft in the hand like silk, without the formality. Like our shirts, our ties were designed to be flexible - dress them up with a suit, or down on denim or khakis. Can't go wrong either way. We named these after the four quadrants of our home in DC - Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast.
