This gorgeous gold jacquard evening suit is from vintage designers Stanley Platos Martin Ross for Saks Fifth Avenue. The ensemble comprises a bolero jacket, a slim skirt, and a wide belt. It is shown here with an ivory and gold specked tank top that we will add for no charge if you want it. (The tank is unlabeled but is most likely Eileen Fisher in a size Small). Although the jacket has buttons, they are decorative only, and it does not actually close. The skirt has a side zipper and hidden, on-seam pockets. No fabric tag is present, but it is most likely silk with gold lurex, and the lining is silk. All components of the suit are in very good condition with some very faint surface wear. Labeled size 8. This is a vintage item, so the size might vary from a modern size 8. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
