This full tang samurai katana is crafted from 1045 high carbon steel. The blade has a beautifully polished finish with a wave hamon and razor-sharp edge. The wooden handle is covered in white faux ray skin and wrapped with a black polyester into in a traditional Japanese style. A gold dragon made from zinc alloy peeks out from under the into, and the full tang of the blade is affixed to the handle with visible bamboo pegs. Zinc alloy and brass are also used to create the gorgeous round Tsuba that depicts a golden dragon, as well as other fittings that adorn this beautiful piece. Included with this functional collector’s piece is a matching scabbard that features a black lacquer finish that is wrapped in black polyester sageo. A black sword bag and black wooden stand is also included to keep your sword safe and protected when not in use.
