Early 80's secretary chic dress by L Rothschild of San Francisco. There is no fabric content tag, but it seems to be a semi sheer (you might want to wear over a slip) navy blue polyester with red, green, white and yellow stripes. Dress has banded collar and buttons down the front about halfway to waist. There is elastic shirring at the shoulder and also at the waist, a really pretty detail. Long sleeves are puffed at the wrist and shoulder with some padding inside the upper sleeve (where it meets the shoulder) to accentuate the pouf!. One button cuff at wrist. Straight skirt is below the knee length. Belt in photos is not included. Preppy office/boardroom career wear dress has early 80's vibes.
