Our Minister shirt is part of our new collection of Tall-Point collar shirts which celebrate hardworking diplomats in our home of Washington, DC and around the world. The shirts are an interesting mix of classic American and European style. A long career of dedicated service is what separates our Minister shirt from it’s peers. That and it’s light, baby blue pencil stripe poplin fabric. It also features our new Tall-Point collar that is both classic and debonair. The Minister shirt isn’t flashy, rather it’s a classic design that will earn it’s position as your go-to shirt when there’s work to be done.

• H&C tall point collar - classic American conservative in a collar
• Contrast gussets

• 3" from point to point when collar is buttoned, perfect for a collar-pin

• Extra buttons sewn on inner placket
• Contrast (gold) button-hole piping on last button hole, which is horizontal

Fabric

Egyptian cotton is a particular variety that is grown in only a few other places. It is renowned as some of the best in the world. It has an extra long staple, which means it has longer fibers, resulting in a silkier, more durable fabric. Poplin, sometimes called broadcloth, is a plain weave which means the threads alternately cross over and then under each other. This results in a very smooth and durable fabric that has an almost silky hand feel, particularly with higher thread counts. Also, poplins look very crisp when ironed.

Sizing
