This sheer leopard mesh flared skirt has a thin black elastic band folded into the waist. Wear it as lingerie or a swim-cover-up, or layer it over leggings or another skirt. In the photos it was worn over a black thong (not included).

■SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is high-waisted with stretch fabric and an elastic waistband. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
