The Oxford Advance Passive Lift from Joerns is a compact, ergonomic solution for safe and efficient patient transfers.

Designed with both carers and patients in mind, it features a lightweight, triangular folding frame for easy storage and transport, without compromising on strength or functionality. 

The lift is exceptionally easy to manoeuvre and includes Smart Monitor diagnostics and service controls as standard, helping to track usage and service requirements.

Ergonomic interaction points improve handling, and the lift offers interchangeable spreader bar or cradle options for flexibility across care environments.

With a safe working load of 155kg, the Oxford Advance is ideal for use in care homes, hospitals, and home care settings.

Warranty     

This product comes with a 5 year warranty on manufactured parts and a 1 year purchased components.

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24-Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

We also offer annual servicing at a cost of £150.00 per service should you require it. Find that here.

Returns

We at Adapt Life are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note: 

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Beyond this period, we regret that returns cannot be accepted.

• Products must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.

• Used bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping costs and restocking fee may apply. You can contact us to find out what that will be at the time of purchase as this value can change.

• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
