Rare black and white shift style dress from Michael Novarese features gorgeous bishop's sleeves and a dropped waist with pleated skirt. The sleeves are pleated at the shoulder, which creates the beautiful fullness at the wrists. This dress also has a faux double-breasted front, shirt style cuffs, and shoulder pads. Fully lined in white silk. We are dating it to the mid-1980s. No size label is present, but we are estimating this dress to be a possible fit for sizes in the 14-16, or XL range.
