These Postpartum Recovery Shorts are designed with a four panel support system, to hold where you need it most, with a soft 360Hold™ fabric.

The shorts provide moderate compression for abdominal, pelvic floor, and back support, while the inner pocket offers easy access to heat and cold therapy to help speed up postpartum recovery.

Suitable for recovery post vaginal and caesarean birth to assist with abdominal separation, pelvic instability, back pain, prolapse, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, and PMS.

Made of buttery soft 360Hold™ fabric, from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified microfibre and elastane, which is 100% mesh free

Sizing:

Bare Mum sizing is based on standard Australian maternity sizing.

As a general rule, your postpartum measurements will resemble those in the second trimester. If you wear a Medium in your maternity pants or tops, Bare Mum recommend you purchase a Medium pair of shorts. If you're between sizes, they recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes as the garment is very stretchy.

Directions:

Best worn after the Bare Mum Support Briefs or in the first twelve (12) weeks postpartum and as needed throughout motherhood. Please consult your health professional to confirm your personal compression requirements for recovery.
