The heat pull buoy is an essential piece of swimming kit, regardless of swimming level, which remove leg kicks from the equation, so you can focus on strengthening your arm grabs, breathing, or position in the water. It can also with great benefit be used together with a snorkel to isolate breathing and thus further improve the arm grabs.

• The special design of the Heat Pull buoy with a teardrop shape means that it sits better between the legs and at the same time provides more buoyancy, as the large end is up towards the ceiling/sky. This shape also means that it creates less water resistance compared to pull buoys with equal sized ends
• This teardrop shape also means that it actually sits - and stays - between the legs, regardless of whether you swim straight ahead, have to do a turn or you swim butterfly, breaststroke, back crawl or normal crawl swimming
