Course Description: This class was developed for those who are interested in making romantic tutus using stretch materials but want to preserve more of the polished, professional quality “look” than the stretch tutus and children’s tutus currently available on the market today. You will learn to make a beautiful classic camisole style with a very low-cut back that enhances the beauty of the dancer’s lines. Stretch fabric used in this class is a beautiful stretch velvet, offered in your choice of several colors. Choice of romantic skirt styles – romantic, petaled flower style, or tapered “High/Low” style.

Prerequisites: Basic Leotards and Romantic Performance Tutu Level One classes, or email detailed pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience to [email protected] to demonstrate proficiency. Students MUST have experience sewing stretch fabrics, as the techniques used in stretch sewing do have a bit of a learning curve.

Payments are non-refundable, however a TutuSchools credit, less 10%, will be granted for use within one year at any of our seminar locations when requested more than 30 days in advance of your seminar.
