Very cute, Handmade bright red, puff sleeve Mexican folk dress with rainbow embroidery! Flowers in every color adorn the full front of this knee length dress. Baskets of flowers and ribbons are on the skirt. Elastic below the shoulders is a nice detail for puffed sleeves. Some threads are loose (easy fix) and the hole for the head seems kinda small.
great vintage condition!
