Vintage late 70s or early 80s true lipstick red, pussy bow blouse. Long tie that is removable gives a great bow! Semi sheer, slight crepe finish polyester is washable. Oversized, with shoulder pads, pleated at front, gently pleated under shoulder yoke at back.
