60's Decorated White Ribbon Cropped Jacket by Francea KahnThis 1960s jacket is lovely! It's made of white ribbon that has been manipulated to form flowers and petals. It's lined with silk chiffon. It has a hook and eye at the neck and is open down the front. The notched sleeves are 3 4 length. Made by Francea Kahn. Very good condition.
