VINTAGE 70s BLUE VELVET MAXI DRESS

A divine vintage 70s maxi dress made of great quality luscious soft & supple deep blue velvet. This stunner has a fitted bodice with empire waist, slim A-line skirt, V neck, puff shoulders, adorable flutter sleeves, and fantastic circular open back. The bodice is lined in dark blue acetate, the skirt is unlined. Featuring ivory lace trim on empire waist and cuffs, and rear zipper closure. The zipper is in perfect working condition, the dress was a bit too small for the mannequin that’s why it’s not zipped up all the way. Label info: Boulevard Velvet/ 100% rayon / Dry clean. CONDITION:

Deadstock with tags attached. Excellent condition other than a small twist in the hem- the previous owner hemmed it and there is a small twist where the hem didn’t line up properly - goes completely unnoticed - see last pic for closeup. .

Vintage size 5. Best fits: XS (0-2 US / 4-6 UK)-->This is a size estimate. Please check measurements below to ensure proper fit. Mannequin is approx US size 4, 5’9” 34-24-35 / 175cm 86-61-89.
