Will this grille fit without removing my bumper cover?

Yes. This grille bolts at factory mounting points behind your bumper cover, so removal is not required. Access the fasteners from behind the bumper opening.

Can I paint this grille, or does it come finished?

The grille ships unpainted hard panel. If you want a custom color match, light sanding and primer preparation are recommended before paint application. Black powder coat is also a common choice if you want to send it out for finishing.
