The Ranger Raptor/Bronco intercooler + BOV upgrade from Turbosmart is a direct bolt on upgrade for the factory intercooler and blow off valve. The Turbosmart  Ranger Raptor/Bronco intercooler offers massive increases in surface area and thermal mass, designed to increase mass-air flow even on standard and mildly modified engines while also providing maximum flow and efficiency for highly tuned vehicles and includes a built a maintenance drain for blow by and condensation.

Coupling directly to the upgraded intercooler is Turbosmart’s SEMA award winning diverter valve technology built specifically for the Ranger Raptor/Bronco engine, this upgrade that can hold its own, even with a considerable boost and flow!
