Original vintage 1960s little black dotty ruffle mini dress. 

The dress has a gorgeous fit and flare cut with long sleeves and ruffle collar and cuffs. The skirt is flared to an A line and the fabric is a dotted pattern devore velvet. The dress is fully lined.
