Rare Y2K bias cut couture dress by Stella McCartney for Chloé. This dress was a collaboration with La Redoute and was available online (or mail order) in the year 2000. The tag reads Chloe, "L'invite de la saison", which means "The guest of the season". This ethereal (so Stella!) long slim column of a dress is made of sheer viscose crepe, which is a type of rayon. It is a light blue with a darker blue, tan and beige leaf print. The dress is lined in a sheer solid light blue polyester. Dress is sleeveless with a V neck (front and back) and self ruffles at the neck and armhole. There are cup shaped seams under the bust and side ties at the waistline to secure in back. Dress is quite form fitting, because of the bias cut, down to the below the knee length ruffled hem. Fastens with buttons and loops down the right side to about hip level. Has an extra button on the fabric content tag. Lingerie, slip dress vibes in this 00's Chloé dress!
