Meet Antiquity, she is a stunning and HOLY GRAIL RARE 1970s cotton prairie dream dress by the one and only Laura Ashley, this is an early 70s piece with the made in wales tag. I have held firmly onto this dress for a long time, I love this cut of Laura, and in a rusty tone she just ticks every box for me. She has a beautiful unusual print, stunning cotton crochet lace detailing and a beautiful rich colour, she is one of the rare and desirable ones, a true treasure indeed. She has a high collar with puff sleeves and a super full swooping tiered skirt, these dresses are fitted around the upper bodice and then free flowing, giving a smock like shape. I will truly miss this beaut on my rails, but it sure is time she was worn and loved.. 

This girl measures to approx UK size 6/8/10 possibly small 12. Very flexible due to her cut, was modelled on a UK 6 for reference. Tagged a vintage Laura Ashley 14.

The Antiquity has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. Spot clean or dry clean only. She is in good vintage condition, she has a few minor signs of wear.
