This 1970s silver metallic lamé batwing cape/wrap/open cardigan is by Judy Banks, has shoulder pads, pleated shoulders, and is 14% metal and 86% acetate. As you can see from the photos, there are plenty of missing threads and runs in the fabric. Since the wrap is silver thread on a black base, there is a bit of an ombre effect, but please carefully examine the photos so that you can see the condition of the wrap/cape. The back of the cape has minimal issues (photos 3, 4, 10, and 11). Photos 5 & 6 show the front shoulders, photos 7, 8, and 9 show the front of the cape. The cape has been priced to reflect the condition of the cape. Marked 16 1/2. The model in the photos is 5'7" and a size XS, but this seems like it could also fit a Small, Medium, and even a Large; please compare the below flat lay measurements to an item that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
