What's not to love about this skirt? Made by Cynthia Rowley for Henri Bendel in the late 1980s, it exudes the certain easy glamour you would expect from the renowned American designer. I love that it's so impactful, yet surprisingly versatile, as there are so many ways to wear it: it's divine with this vintage ruffled red wrap top but it's equally as elegant worn with a more streamlined fitted top. The silk taffeta is the most gorgeous shade of lipstick red, and the taffeta makes for beautiful movement and sweep. The skirt is gathered from a high waist, which secures with a side zipper and hooks. 100% silk.
