Lovely 70s-80s era beautiful baby blue blouse that was inspired by the 1930s or 40s

CONDITION:

Blouse is in excellent condition, the tie has some dark oil type stains on it throughout that you can't see but cause the tie to feel stiff in places. Pictured is two of the spots. The blouse does look like it was taken in professionally on the neck, sleeves, and sides.
