Button down front, mock turtleneck collar, long sleeves - this darling 80s dress is a great day look with a fun but not too overwhelming print of navy blue, green, purple, and just a hint of orange - all in a novelty pattern of wheels inside squares, floating across the dark background. The waist is on an elastic and there are slit pockets at each hip front. Fully lined!
