Yes. Scrape away old gasket material from both the header and manifold surfaces, then wipe clean with a lint-free rag. A clean surface gives you a proper seal.

The gasket itself is supplied alone. You'll use your existing header bolts — check them for damage or corrosion and replace if needed before reassembly.
