Unique 1950s era portable compact vanity mirror intended for a woman's purse, with a light bulb on the bottom so that makeup can be applied in poor light. The bulb is inside the mirror (the glass slides out) and is still in its original plastic, so this may have never been used. It is also still in its original cardboard box which has the following text:
"Face-Glo" (patents pending) for make-up in the dark and a thousand other "light" uses. Purse size lighted mirror. Uses standard bulb and battery that give long service. To replace, slide mirror to the left.
This seems like a prototype and may have never made it to market.
