A long over the hip coat, with a roomy cut allowing for an easy fit over uniform coats and a great sized sailor collar style hood to cover those shakos. The coat is PVC coated 70 Denier Nylon Taslan, DWR Waterproof Breathable Fabric, using polyurethane-seam seal tape, for sealed seam construction of all seams, and an 11 inch waterproof zipper in the hood, making this coat 100% waterproof. The front is securely closed with 6 snaps. The sleeves have an elastic cuff for a comfortable fit. There is a zipper closed pocket with a double pull and a storm flap on the right front panel.
