Calling Grace Kelly, your dress is here! Wow- this cool, icy blue would've been gorgeous on Ms. Kelly, don't you think? Made of lovely silk shantung, this dress features a boat neck, princess seamed bodice, dual-tiered skirt, is fully lined, and has super sweet bow details at the sides and back waist. It's possible the original zipper was replaced because I would normally expect a metal zipper on a dress of this age, but it's also possible that this one just happened to fall on the cusp of when they started using plastic zippers. Either way, the zipper area looks super clean, so it is probably the latter.

The tag inside is for I Magnin, which I believe was a high-end retailer and not a manufacturer so I am not sure who designed this dress but it is just such a classic style. This dress is in very good condition, with the only flaw being the very slightest fading under the arms. Seriously- it is super faint and would likely not ever be noticed by anyone except the wearer. Please note: the zipper does close, but my mannequin is just a little too large for this dress. Please note as well: Due to the lighting, the color appears very-slightly darker in some of these pics. the most true representation of color are in pics 5 and 6, and the color swatch final pic.

There is no size tag inside, but the measurements are shown below. These were taken when laid flat, so please double all except length and remember to allow for ease when comparing to your measurements. :)
