This advanced bootie is made of wind- and waterproof 3 mm neoprene with brushed inside that provides great weather protection and insulation. In addition, 4-way stretch and zipless design combine to offer a tight, aerodynamic fit. All seams are covered with waterproof tape on the inside to keep water out. Zipless design means you must put on the bootie first, before the shoe, and then pull the bootie over the shoe. Tight fit.
