This is a soft but bright "safety orange" also one of my favorite colors.  The front features a celestial half-sun mandala that's either a sunset or a sunrise meeting with the ocean waves.

The back varies with a surprise design, which is either a star or a moon and star shooting across from shoulder to shoulder.
