This creates a faux bow effect as the beads pinch the fine gaberdine in the middle. Made by Pacelle for Sacks 5th Avenue in the 1950s, these beauties are in excellent condition. The heels are 3 1/4" high stilettos that have also been covered in Suede, heelcaps have been replaced. Size 8.
