Our Eye of Round Roast is cut from the muscular rear leg of the beef, making it a lean, protein-rich roast with minimal fat. Since our pasture-raised cows get plenty of exercise, this cut is naturally firm yet flavorful, making it ideal for slow cooking, roasting, or pressure cooking.
