Do I need to replace my shocks after installing this?

Not necessarily — your factory shocks may work, but they're designed for stock ride height. A quality shock upgrade will improve handling and ride quality at the new height, especially if you're adding weight or towing.

Will this affect my alignment?

Yes — a 3" front lift changes suspension angles. You'll want a professional alignment afterward to restore proper caster, camber, and toe. This keeps tire wear even and steering response sharp.

Can I install this myself?

If you're comfortable removing coils and compressing springs safely, you can do it. A spring compressor is required. If you're unsure, a shop can knock it out in an afternoon. Either way, get an alignment when you're done.
